When a customer receives their product and delivery is confirmed, they have 2 days to request a size exchange or report any defects or damages to our Customer Service Team.
The faulty item must be returned to Elaris BD Customer Service Team / Store within 1 days of delivery. After reviewing the returned item, our team will notify the customer if a replacement or exchange is approved.
Please note that cash refunds are not applicable. In case of a faulty or damaged item, customers will receive store credit to select another product of equal value from our collection.
If a product shows any quality issues, discoloration, or stitching defects within 7 days of delivery, the customer must immediately contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
All Return or Exchange processes must be completed within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, no further requests will be accepted.
We strongly encourage every customer to inspect their order at the time of delivery before completing the payment to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
Customers are also advised to request an instant return (spot return) if they find a wrong size or damaged item upon delivery.
Please note: Products purchased at a discount or during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are requested to present the bill or invoice copy to the delivery personnel upon receiving the parcel.

Cash on Delivery Policy
You can conveniently place an order on our website and choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
After placing an order, our Customer Service Team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order details. Please make sure to answer the call and confirm your order.
Alternatively, you may also confirm your order by calling us directly at +880 1601-119039.
Once confirmed, your order will be processed, and you will receive a tracking number for shipment updates.
Our delivery partner will then contact you to complete the delivery at your address.
Please ensure the full payment is made in cash to the courier representative upon receiving your parcel.
